RESUME

Basic Information

I was made to teach.

I love learning and I love teaching. I especially love helping students with challenging, potentially frustrating subjects.

Math, statistics and economics have so many profound implications that no teacher has any excuse for making them "boring." Even if you do not learn to love the quantitative disciplines as I have, you will learn to respect the power and beauty of these subjects.

I have five semesters of tutoring experience, and have received awards for outstanding performance in mathematics and for leadership in educational matters.

During the year, I am a full time student studying math and economics at American University. This summer, I'm doing research at AU's Mathematics Department.
